1. Welcome and introduction from the Chair, Esther McVey.
2. The Group heard from Phillippa Merrick and her brother Jonathan Venn who are pursuing a complaint against the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) following the death of their mother as a result of a Moderna Covid-19 booster vaccine.
Their case also involves mass serious adverse effects from the booster in fellow residents of their mum's care home and the death of a second resident attributed to the side effects.
They have recently been successful in their claim to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.
3. Following a presentation of their evidence the meeting was opened up for questions and discussion.
4. The Chair then thanked those who attended and brought the meeting to a close.
